**Allied Health Professions are a distinct group of health professionals who apply their expertise to prevent disease transmission, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate people of all ages and all specialties. Together with a range of technical and support staff they may deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, diagnostics and health improvement interventions to restore and maintain optimal physical, sensory, psychological, cognitive and social functions. Allied health professions are health care professions distinct from nursing, medicine, and pharmacy. For students a letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit is required to benefit from the reduced fee. Should we not receive this confirmation; your registration will be changed to the Non-member fee.

All cancellations are to be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax or email). For cancellations received before Wednesday, 02 January 2019 deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible
A handling fee of EUR 40.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 02 January 2019.
If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of EUR 80.– will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).
Cancellations received before 07 December 2018, Midnight CET: Full refund.
Cancellations received after 07 December 2018: No payments will be refunded.
Refunds will be made after the congress by bank transfer or credit card according to your pre-payment method.
On Tuesday 5 February 2019, EAHAD is keen to share and promote expertise and develop interactions between all members of the multidisciplinary team involved in the care of patients with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders. In 2017 in Paris, EAHAD held its first Pre-Congress Day for Nurses and Physiotherapists. The event was a great success attracting close to 200 participants, many more than were initially expected.
Following its continues success in Madrid in 2018, we plan to replicate the format of a multidisciplinary morning session followed by discipline specific practical sessions in the afternoon, while adding a new stream for psycho-social professionals. Again, special effort will be made to attract allied health professionals from the host country and simultaneous Czech/English interpretation will be provided. A small number of places will also be available to physicians interested in participating.
IMPORTANT: Pre-Congress Day registration requires a separate, additional fee and is not automatically included in the registration for the main congress.
MCI Italia has been assigned to collect – on behalf of EAHAD – all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the appropriate Italian Health Ministry officials.
